Steel furnishes many types of screw spikes used in tie plates, hook twin
tie plates or other areas where rigid fastening is required.
Standard styles "U", "S" and "F", are
manufactured to A.S.T.M. A-66 specifications. However, United Steel
also manufactures a variety of head styles such as square, rectangular,
hex and dome heads in various dimensions from 3/4" thru
1". Also, they can be supplied to customer's specifications
such as medium carbon steel not heat treated or medium carbon steel heat
treated to A-325 specifications.
